Trial Version of Opera Web Browser Available December 22nd

A trial version of the Opera Web Browser is to be released on December 22nd, 2006. Here’s the news:

Oslo, Norway – December 19, 2006

Opera Software today announces that a trial version of its Web browser for Nintendo’s new game console, Wii, will be available on December 22, 2006. Weather Channel Live in the US! Plenty of Pics included!

So I wake up this morning (as I usually do) and I noticed that my Wii’s blue light was on. Naturally, I turn it on and check my messages. First, I get a message from a friend saying “LOL WEATHER.” Upon checking my next message, it appears that it is from Nintendo. I open it up and it says that the weather channel is now active and I should update my Wii.
